Inspirational Design Programs
Inspire by Design are our customized leadership programs that help train owners, founders, and managers of growing companies. We help you use your values and the values of the company to inspire your teams in a positive and productive environment. We help you learn when to delegate and when to take charge, how to manage disagreements on the team, how to coach your team to do more or do better, and how to communicate in a way that has your teams following you wherever you lead them.
Our workshops are all customized to your business and your goals. Currently we do not offer stand alone leaderships programs. Each program contains 4-5 workshops with 2 one to one executive coaching sessions in between. The workshops are spread out over 4 to 5 months and are either half or full day workshops depending on the topics. Topics include but are not limited to:
