Once you are aware that you want to do more about diversity and inclusion, the next step is to determine 'how'. Gather everyone involved to understand your differences and how you can use those differences to the benefit of the organization.

We offer workshops to uncover unconscious biases that affect decision making, feedback, hiring, promotions, etc.

Feedback Between Cultures

When you work in an international environment there are bound to be times where the wrong thing can be said that offends someone due to cultural differences. Being able to communicate and understand cultural differences is vital within multi-cultural environments. These difficulties often affect being able to provide and receive feedback.

This program helps reduce misunderstandings and gives managers and employees the tools to giving and receiving feedback. It opens up conversation and provide more transparency. Results include a better understanding of what motivates or demotivates an individual and ways to communicate that improve performance.

Community @ Work

Community means caring about our work, our colleagues, and our place in the world, geographic and otherwise, and in turn inspiring each other. A healthy sense of community at work can lead to many positive outcomes, such as increased work performance, reduced employee turnover, and the ability to accept change easier (because we’re all in this together). Community and work culture go hand in hand. A strong sense of community ties directly to the purpose or values of the organization.

Through a series of workshops, your team, a combination of managers and employees will design the values that make up your community. They will use the tools currently within the company or determine which tools are needed to support the community.
